Hourly Rate: $100/Hour + $10 Reservation Fee – Minimum of 3 Hours
Distance Rate: $3/Mile + $0.75/Minute + $10 Reservation Fee
Large SUV
Hourly Rate: $75/Hour + $7.50 Reservation Fee – Minimum of 3 Hours
Distance Rate: $1.50/Mile + $0.45/Minute + $7.50 Reservation Fee
Luxury Van
Hourly Rate: $400 – Minimum of 4 Hours.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances
Black Tulip Limousine has a strict zero-tolerance policy for the use of intoxicating substances, including alcohol and drugs. Neither passengers nor drivers are allowed to consume or possess any intoxicating substances in our vehicles at any time. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of service without a refund.
