Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Black Tulip Limousine  and are in compliance with the City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire ordinance (SEC. 47A-2.1.7). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services
Black Tulip Limousine offers commercial and leisure transportation services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding cities. Our fleet includes Luxury SUVs and Large SUVs, suitable for various events and passenger capacities.

Rate Information
In accordance with the City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire ordinance, our pricing structure is as follows:

Luxury SUV: Distance: $3 per mile, $0.75 per minute, plus a $10 reservation fee. 
Hourly: $100/hr + $10 reservation fee  – Minimum of 3 hours
Large SUV: $1.50 per mile, $0.45 per minute, plus a $7.50 reservation fee.
Hourly: $75/hr +$7.50 reservation fee – Minimum of 3 hours.
Luxury Van: $400/hr – Minimum of 4 hours

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Intoxicating Substances
Black Tulip Limousine has a strict zero-tolerance policy for the use of intoxicating substances, including alcohol and drugs. Neither passengers nor drivers are allowed to consume or possess any intoxicating substances in our vehicles at any time. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate termination of service without a refund.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles
Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request.

Complaints and Reporting
To report complaints or issues related to our services, please contact the City of Dallas by dialing 3-1-1 or visiting the City of Dallas website to submit your complaint (Ord. 29696).
